A woman is dead and another woman seriously injured after they decided to get out of their car at a safari park in China and were mauled by tigers. The gut-wrenching incident, which took place at Badaling Wildlife World, was caught on security camera and shows the moment when the unsuspecting woman was pounced on from behind by the huge feline.
In the above video, the victim can be seen storming out of the car and slamming the door behind her, allegedly as the result of an argument with a man who was also in the car. She walks around the front of the car to the driver’s side and is arguing with the driver when a tiger suddenly enters the frame and grabs the woman.
In an instant, the tiger drags the woman away while the man jumps out of the car and frantically tries to help, hesitating briefly before running to the woman’s aid. A middle-aged woman also jumps out of the car and runs toward the carnage.
Sadly, the situation only got worse: although the woman who was dragged away in the video survived the attack with serious injuries, the woman who tried to help was eaten by another tiger. The man, as well as a child who was also in the vehicle, were unharmed.
